Apartment Information
Our Two 1 bedroom Apartments both of which each sleep 4 people comfortably are located in the historic part of Bansko in the new 2007 Yeti Development. This complex was completed in November 2007. The building consists of 36 apartments and studios on 5 floors. Approximate distance to the Gondola lift station is around 800 meters, which can be easily walked to inside 20 minutes, alternativly there is a daily shuttle bus which stops directly outside. Several hotels and shops are in the immediate vicinity and the heart of Pirin Street where many of Bansko's shops and main tourists attractions are including 100+ mehanas is only about 500 meters away.

Apartment Facilities
Both of our apartments are situated on the third floor, are next to each other making for convenient holidaying with friends or family. The apartments have been furnished to a higher than average standard. The wall mounted radiators in every room guarantee warmth and comfort throughout the winter months. The apartments have cable TV and an internet connection .
- Kitchen Well appointed with full inventory and modern appliances including oven, ceramic hob, chimney extractor and integrated fridge with freezer compartment. Microwave oven, kettle and toaster are also provided.
- Living Area Dining table + 4 chairs. Two seater leather sofa bed + 3 seater leather sofa bed, coffee table, storage units. A/V equipment includes LG 26" LCD TV + DVD player, Sony hifi system. The living area also benefits from a large floor to ceiling window offering unobstructed views to the surrounding mountains. Door leading to balcony.
- Double bedroom Two flush fitting single beds can be pushed together or kept separate. Large wardrobe with ample storage space, Safe deposit box. Mountain views from window and door leading to balcony.
- Bathroom Modern fully tiled bathroom, bath with overhead shower. Hair dryer and towels are supplied.
- Balcony Table and chairs + superb mountain views.

- £75 non-refundable deposit to be paid within 7 days confirm reservation, balance due 1 month prior to arrival.
